We'd like to hear from you  speech bubbles

Every month, we choose an area of Library services to ask you about. This month, we'd like your feedback about the lighting in the stacks floors. Please share your input about how the stacks lighting affects you when you're studying or looking for books on those floors. You can also read about our previous survey results.

Our mission

The User Experience unit works to enhance your experience using our Library services and spaces. We collaborate with departments and teams to study Library users' expectations, needs, and preferences using various UX research methods, including focus groups, interviews, usability tests, surveys and observations. Our goal in analyzing the data is to provide insight and guidance that leads to user-centered improvements. We coordinate the Library Student Advisory Board that obtains input from students about Library services, spaces and events.
