Richard Greenhill

Dr. Greenhill joined Texas Tech Innovation Hub to promote and oversee the Industry Advancement Technology (iAT) Accelerator track in his role as Program Director. His experience as an internationally recognized healthcare quality leader, technology mentor and Director of the Bachelor of Science in Health Care Management Program at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center will aid in the search for mentors and ventures to participate in the iAT Accelerator.

A recognized leader in healthcare quality, he brings more than 27 years of experience as a highly skilled practitioner with prior roles including executive leadership in healthcare operations, strategy, quality, and project management. In each of these roles, his teams achieved breakthrough results. Dr. Greenhill is an honorably retired U.S. Navy Veteran. He is a seasoned Lean Six Sigma Black Belt practitioner, Project Management Professional, Change Acceleration Process facilitator; maintains Board Certification in Healthcare Management and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).
