Netaji Khot has 18 years’ experience in the Medical Device industry, encompassing all areas of business – Market research, customer mapping, product development and successful market launches. Dexterity in research, design, and development of orthopedic products for global needs have been the cornerstones of his success. With expertise in end-to-end product development lifecycles for global markets, he has led cross-functional teams on large scale projects for multinational corporations.

Netaji has crafted go-to-market and growth strategies for several medical device companies, specializing in manufacturing and technology services. He is also versatile in strategic supplier development in Asia, to ensure cost-effective and quality focused ecosystems.

Netaji’s international experience includes working with R&D and procurement teams in India, Japan, S.Korea, China, Philippines, Australia, Turkey, Europe and the US. He has experience in establishing a green field Medical Device manufacturing facility in India, with US-FDA approval. He is also a BSi certified ISO13485 Lead Auditor.

Netaji lives in Novi, Michigan and graduated from the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (India) in 2005, and works for one of the largest medical device contract manufacturers in the U.S.
