Jay is an adviser to Life Science companies (start-ups, accelerator companies and spin-offs). Over the last 25 years he has helped to bring new molecules, biopharmaceuticals, biologics, and medical device IP to the market. He is also well connected in international markets, and assists with commercializing potential opportunities in North and Latin America, Asia, and Europe. His forte is licensing / business development; i.e...evaluate opportunities and form alliances for co-development, R&D, as well as marketing partnerships across all clinical phases (pre-clinical through phase III) in multiple therapeutic areas.

With dexterity in drug and biotech commercialization processes, Jay has assisted clients in all aspects of the due diligence process, identified key opinion Leaders and deployed the right decision makers and influencers as partners. He also has deep connections worldwide for licensure and co-development arrangements. He creates a roadmap for your innovative IP from concept to commercialization and can also assist with business plans.

Currently, Jay serves incubator residents at Johns Hopkins University and Harvard University's Wyss Institute for Biologically Inspired Engineering. He has a Bachelors in Biology from Univ. of Bombay and MBA in International Marketing from Univ. of Pune, India. His corporate career included Sanofi, Novo Nordisk, and Procter & Gamble (International).
