B.A. in Theatre Arts
The Bachelor of Arts degree offers an intense liberal arts education. Students participate in a more individualized degree through the choice of elective courses for a minor from outside the major area discipline.
The major in Theatre Arts offers broad exposure to the various elements of the theatre arts. This degree program prepares students for further study at the graduate level or for careers in professional theatre, secondary education, or any field that builds on the skills and discipline of the performing arts.

New performance opportunities each semester. BA Theatre Arts students are encourage to audition or join the crew of any and all performances throughout the year.
Program Highlights
Performance and choreography opportunities are provided to students each semester. Guest artists specializing in a variety of genres and with diverse skills are brought in each year to work with students in class and within production contexts.

Students pursuing a BA in Theatre Arts must meet admissions requirements for Texas Tech University. No additional audition or application is required for the BA in Theatre Arts.
