Welcome! We are excited you are joining us for the upcoming semester! The following majors require an audition or portfolio submission to declare a major in the area:

If you plan to join one of the following majors, then your acceptance to Texas Tech is all that you need prior to Red Raider Orientation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Am I Admitted to the TCVPA?

Most majors in the TCVPA require a separate application or admission to be considered. All degree programs, with the exception of the BA Theatre Arts, require an application to their program of interest through RaiderConnect. A performance audition may also be required with admission not guaranteed. Please contact the advisor based on your program of interest for more details.

Who is My Advisor?

Your advisor is your go-to contact as a student at Texas Tech. We have a dedicated academic advisor for each of our schools. You will meet with them during your RRO session, but feel free to reach out to them before then!
