Visual Resource Center
The VRC provides a variety of resources to support students and faculty in School of Art programs. It is located in Art B10, facing the courtyard across from the Architecture building.

VRC Hours
Regular hours during Fall and Spring semesters are Monday–Friday 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

Hours during summer sessions and semester breaks are limited, and will be posted.
Students may use the VRC as a study space to work individually or in groups. They may also print using our iMacs or their own laptops.
Printers available in the VRC:
HP black & white laser with letter paper

Xerox color laser with letter & tabloid paper
Computer equipment available for general use in the VRC:
Four 21" iMacs with current app versions of Microsoft Office & Adobe Creative Cloud

Epson large-format flatbed scanner

Fujitsu document scanner
Projection equipment that can be borrowed for use in the classroom:
Cart with Hitachi digital projector & MacBook Pro laptop

The VRC also provides the following:

DVDs on art history, studio art, film, and contemporary art that students may watch in the VRC. Instructors may check out DVDs to show in class.

Small collection of books on art-related subjects including ancient to contemporary art, studio art techniques, architecture, art theory, and careers in art. These books are available for reference use in the VRC.

Current magazine and journal subscriptions on contemporary art, art history, studio art, and art theory.

Bound copies of theses and dissertations by former students in our art history B.A. and M.A programs, M.F.A. in studio art, and Ph.D. in fine arts.
