graduate travel funds Request
Note: Student travel applications are due 45 days (domestic) and 60 days (international) prior to departure to the SoA Chair of the Graduate Coordinators.
The School of Art, J.T. & Margaret Talkington College of Visual and Performing Arts, and Graduate School maintain separate, but connected, travel funding programs for graduate students. Students should follow these procedures to solicit funding.
All travel requests begin in the department. Students should NOT begin a request for travel by soliciting the College of Visual and Performing Arts or the Graduate School Directly. Application and Reference Guide must be submitted prior to departure and before travel reservations are purchased. The student emails the chair of the Graduate Programs Committee with all support materials.
