ART 2310: Art, Environment, Sustainability
Reading, writing, artmaking and field trips bring sustainability to the imagination of the art classroom. Students study ecoart and Solar Punk movements. Workshops on drawing, painting, mixed media and digital design get students started on independent work in any media or focus.

BA Track or Sustainability Minor
Student pursuing BA Track can use these courses from Art, Environment Sustainability and the TTU Sustainability Minor to focus on art at the intersection of conservation and sustainability.
Program Highlights
Check out the Flower Power wind turbine blade design contest at Lubbock Art Festival. Texas Tech Universitys Art, Environment, sustainably course is invited annually by Flower Power wind turbines to submit designs for turbine blades. View designs that celebrate the power of artwork to inspire, educate, and transform societys outlook on clean energy.
