Texas Tech University

2026/2027 Season

2026/2027 Season: Perception versus Reality. Believe everything. Trust Nothing.

Reality is a matter of perspective.

This season, the Texas Tech University School of Theatre & Dance presents six productions that challenge what we think we know — about others, about the world, and about ourselves.

From witch trials to high school hallways, from bodies moving in space to voices transcending time, from fairy tale horror to the bittersweet ache of song — each work asks you to look closer, question deeper, and sit with the uncomfortable truth that what we see is never the whole story.

This is what theatre and dance do best: they hold the mirror at just the right angle.

We invite you to join us this season and decide for yourself what's real.

Believe everything. Trust nothing.
