Reviewer Resources

  • URC Impact Review Rubric: This document will guide your interactions with our student presenters. Please take a few minutes to familiarize yourself and let us know if you have any questions! Note: Faculty mentors should not review their own students. Please alert a URC staff member if you inadvertantly are assigned to one of your students.
  • Presenter Expectations: Please take a moment to review the links below to see how we have asked the student presenters to prepare for the conference!

Commercialization Reviewers

Thanks to generous support from the Lubbock Economic Development Alliance (LEDA), we are excited to announce the creation of LEDA Outstanding Commercialization Awards—a new category of awards specifically focused on recognizing students who take the additional step to reflect on opportunities to commercialize their scholarly work. Presenters were invited to opt into consideration for these special awards during the abstract submission process.

These projects have been consolidated into Poster Sessions 2 and 3. If you would like serve as a commercialization-focused reviewer, please review our commercialization review rubric prior to registering below.
