Applying to the WiSE Ph.D. program: 

1. First, complete the application form for the Texas Tech University Graduate School.  Instructions for how to apply are available through the Graduate School website at http://www.depts.ttu.edu/gradschool/admissions/

2. After completing the application for the Graduate School, please send the following to Kelsey Seger via email (Kelsey.Seger@ttu.edu):

• Your current CV
• Three (3) Letters of Recommendation

3. After completing the application for the Graduate School, please fill in your personal statement in the box below and click "submit".  Your personal statement should answer the question, "Why do you want to pursue a Ph.D. in Wind Science and Engineering?" 

Please title your personal statement using your full name and an email where you can be reached.  Include relevant background information and future aspirations as appropriate, and please limit your statement to 1,000 words.
