Dr. Reinhold is Senior Vice-President and Chief Engineer at the Institute for Business and Home Safety.

Visiting McDonald-Mehta Lecture speaker, Dr. Mark Powell, gives his talk on "Drag Coefficient Behavior in Tropical Cyclones." Dr. Powell is an
atmospheric scientist in the Hurricane Research Division at the Atlantic Oceanographic and Meteorological Labs at NOAA in Florida. 
It is a packed house as the audience listens to Dr. Mark Powell from NOAA at the recent McDonald-Mehta Lecture Series.

director of the Center for Natural Hazards Research at East Carolina University,
and in 2010, held the position of Chief Economist at NOAA.
