Visiting McDonald-Mehta Lecture speaker, Dr. Mark Powell, gives his talk on "Drag Coefficient Behavior in Tropical Cyclones." Dr. Powell is an atmospheric scientist in the Hurricane Research Division at the Atlantic Oceanographic and Meteorological Labs at NOAA in Florida.
