DeeAnn Pruitt

 

DeeAnn is from a small farming community in west Texas, grew up working on her grandfather's farm. Following in the footsteps of her family, she continued to work in agriculture related fields for many years.  As an alumni of Texas Tech, she was the first member of her family to graduate from college. DeeAnn is a single mother of two amazing daughters, who spends her time away from the university being of service to the community.

DeeAnn has been employed at Texas Tech since 2008, and is the Graduate Secretary for the department, working with both graduate and undergraduate students.
