Summer Study Abroad in Germany

Come study abroad, learn German in Germany, and boost your intercultural skills while earning 6 TTU credits! Study Abroad in Germany happens always during the TTU summer 1 session. It is open to any TTU student – no prior knowledge required!

 

This is what we offer:

• 1 week pre-departure online training to ensure a smooth start (also linguistically) to being in Germany
• 4 weeks in Munich, Germany to study the language and culture
• 1 language class at your level (from true beginners to advanced language classes) + 1 culture class
• Faculty-led culture class + excursions of important cultural sites in Germany
• Project-based and excursion-based language learning
• Immersion setting through placement with German host families (in private rooms)
• Scholarships and financial aid
• Access to public transportation in Munich
