About ACE

The Association of Competitive Engineers (ACE) is a student organization at Texas Tech University dedicated to developing engineering talent through outreach, competition, education, and applied robotics research. With more than 35 members, eight student-led combat robotics teams, and a dedicated lab at the Reese Technology Center, ACE provides opportunities for students to apply classroom knowledge to real-world engineering challenges.

ACE's activities include robotics competitions, open lab sessions, technical workshops, STEM outreach, and research projects involving faculty and industry partners. Through these experiences, students develop practical engineering skills, strengthen teamwork, and gain experience solving complex technical problems.
