STEAM Camp at Texas Tech

The CDRC STEAM camp will ignite imaginations through an integrated STEAM approach to learning about the world. Participants will experience math, science, technology, and engineering through creative age-appropriate hands-on projects, including various art projects.

Dates

• Week 1: July 8th-12th
• Week 2: July 15th-19th

Hours

STEAM camp will run each date listed from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm.

Who Can Attend?

• Space is limited to 18 children each session.
• Children must be between 5*- 8 years old.

*must have completed Kindergarten

What is the Cost?

• One week registration - $300 per child
• Two week registration - $550 per child

Who will be teaching STEAM Camp?

Patty Vierling is the teacher for both sessions of STEAM camp.

Will week 1 and week 2 have the same content or will they be different?

The content for each session will be different – week 2 will not be a repeat of week 1.

How do I Register?

Registration is FULL for 2024.

Each registration will receive a date and time stamp. The CDRC office will begin contacting registrants in the order of registration starting at 10:00 am for payment. Payment will be required at the time of contact. We will continue until all 18 spots are filled for both weeks.  Once we have received registration and payment for all 18 spaces each session, registration will close and any families registered but not offered a spot will be notified via email and put on a waiting list.
