A huge chunk of your research process will be spent conducting a comprehensive literature review. This entails immersing yourself in past and current researches in your field, which will then eventually help you formulate a strong argumentation that supports the rationale of your study.

If you want a firmer grasp on literature review and library research, the TTU University Library is conducting regular Friday workshops. Attending eight of the ten workshops in the series makes you eligible to receive a Certificate of Completion in Research Strategies. You may want to register for the workshop if this is something that interests you. 

Most importantly, our librarians are open for scheduled consultations if you have queries about doing your library research strategically. You may want to reach them out to  explore library resources and services for graduate students.
