Madi White

Madison “Madi” White is the Hospitality Director at McPherson Cellars in Lubbock, Texas, where she leads all aspects of the winery’s guest experience and front-of-house operations. A Lubbock native, Madi began her wine career in the McPherson tasting room before expanding her industry expertise in the Dallas–Fort Worth market as an On-Premise Sales Consultant with Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, representing prestigious portfolios including Diageo and Moët Hennessy.

She returned to McPherson Cellars as Wine Club & Service Manager and now serves as Hospitality Director, where she combines her strengths in leadership, service, and wine education to elevate the winery’s hospitality program.

Madi is a Certified Sommelier and holds the WSET® Level 3 Award in Wines (Pass with Merit). She is also an instructor for Texas Tech University’s WSET® program, where she shares her passion for wine and mentor future industry professionals. Known for her warmth, attention to detail, and dedication to continuous learning, Madi brings an engaging and thoughtful approach to every guest interaction.
