Our primary service is hosting a multitude of servers for several departments, all virtualized in a series of powerful hypervisors. Our mission is to serve the Texas Tech community, so we provide our virtualization services at no cost to our clients, allowing us to prioritize the performance of your systems without hurting your budget. Our Systems

Currently, ITSA uses two types of hypervisor to provide our services, Windows Hyper-V and VMware ESXi. We stragically place systems across platforms, servers, and clusters to ensure the highest quality service and prevent downtime that could grind important work to a halt. All client systems are kept on our primary VMware cluster, configured with rapid failover systems, resilient data protections, regular backups, and an offsite replica to ensure that your services are always available, no matter what happens.
