Scholarships

Students looking for scholarships that do not qualify for those listed below should talk to their director or private lesson teacher. A large number of students that attend camp receive scholarships from their local program.
Please note, scholarships listed below may only be applied to the TUITION portion of camp. Students staying ON-campus are still responsible for the housing and dining portion.

ALL STATE MEMBERS

Who is eligible: Students who were selected for any 2018/2019 All-State Ensemble and attending camp on their primary instrument. Exclusions include current seniors who will not be attending Texas Tech University in the fall of 2019 and any student attending camp as auxiliary only. This scholarship does not apply for State Solo & Ensemble
Fee Details: All-State Scholarship students will only be responsible for the Housing/Dining portion of camp if they choose to stay ON-campus. A deposit of $100 Is required to reserve your place at camp.
How to apply: Register online or download an application. Simply indicate your All State membership and upon verification your scholarship will be applied.

 

GOIN' BAND ASSOCIATION SCHOLARSHIP

The Goin' Band Association is proud to issue six $200 scholarships specifically for Band & Orchestra Camp. Three(3) - $200.00 scholarships to band students attending 5A or 6A schools in the Texas South Plains region.
Three(3) - $200.00 scholarships to band students attending 1A, 2A, 3A, and 4A schools in the Texas South Plains region.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must attend a HIGH SCHOOL in the Lubbock area or other communities in the South Plains and West Texas region.

 

TTU STUDENT MUSIC ORGANIZATIONS' SCHOLARSHIP

The Texas Tech School of Music student organization including Kappa Kappa Psi, Tau Beta Sigma, Phi Mu Alpha, and Mu Phi Epsilon are pleased to offer thirteen $100 scholarships for the Band and Orchestra Camp.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • High school band or orchestra student
  • All ready enrolled for TTUBOC
  • Must attend a high school OUTSIDE the West Texas area
