Operating Policy and Procedure
OP 40.04: Access for Individuals with Disabilities
DATE: January 4, 2024
PURPOSE: The purpose of this Operating Policy/Procedure (OP) is to ensure full and equal access to individuals with disabilities to all university programs.
REVIEW: This OP will be reviewed every two years after publication, or as needed, by the System Office of Equal Opportunity, System Office of General Counsel, ADA Campus Coordinator, Office of Student Disability Services, and Office of Human Resources with substantive revisions forwarded to the Office of the President.
POLICY/PROCEDURE
1. The university’s policy regarding access for individuals with disabilities is governed by Texas Tech University System Regulation 07.11.
2. Individuals with questions regarding this policy or needing accommodations for a disability should contact the appropriate offices listed below:
