Will received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Kansas State University, a Master of Science in Education with an emphasis in Higher Education from Baylor University, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Higher Education from Texas Tech University. He has been at Texas Tech since 2013, serving in a variety of roles working with Fraternities, Sororities, and Student Organizations. Most recently he worked with the Office of the Dean of Students from 2015-2017. In his spare time Will likes to travel, exercise, and watch college football.
