Anish Quenim is the Director of Campus Partnerships for Outreach and Engagement at Texas Tech University, serving as a resource and point of contact for members of the campus and external community regarding campus outreach and engaged scholarship programs, resources, and internal and external partnership opportunities. Anish identifies community needs and facilitates partnerships between faculty/staff and community stakeholders (business/industry, nonprofit, K-12 schools, 2-year and 4-year institutions, government, and neighborhood groups). He represents Outreach and Engagement by attending meetings with internal and external advisory groups, faculty, administrators, and the community. Anish's goal is to encourage and foster projects and activities that advance one of Texas Tech's strategic priorities, which is “to transform lives and communities through strategic outreach and engaged scholarship.”

Anish is an ongoing PhD student with the College of Media and Communication, graduated with a master's in social work from Texas Tech University, a postgraduate diploma in social work and the criminal justice system, and a bachelor's in management studies, and focuses on better understanding the impact of the environment on the person. i.e., the systems perspective. He has several years of experience in mezzo, and macro-level community development working with and alongside family business philanthropy, community athletes, law enforcement, and the criminal justice system, and has developed evidence-based solutions to positively impact vulnerable populations, and families in crisis. He is a TEDx speaker, a certified law enforcement hostage and crisis negotiator, a credentialled dispute resolution mediator with the Texas Dispute Resolution System – Office of Dispute Resolution for Lubbock County, a faculty member at the Texas Tech University Rawls College of Business teaching the course on family enterprise/family business, and a crisis negotiations instructor at the Maharashtra National Law University mediation and conflict resolution master's program. Anish was one of the recipients of the 2023 President's Exemplary Program Award at Texas Tech University which recognized the commitment of The R.E.Y.N.A. (Reducing Encounters with Youth through Neighborhood Alliances) Project with Lubbock Police Department's Community Engagement Unit.


Anish also serves on the advisory boards for icebreaQers – an organization providing mental health assistance to individuals, families, groups, and communities, CrocoTRYles Rugby Foundation – an organization promoting community athlete and family wellness on and off the field,  Hey, Blue! – an organization dedicated to building trust between police officers and the community through social impact technology, Open Caves Public Benefit Corporation – an organization dedicated to facilitating re-entry and re-integration programs for returning citizens from prison, continues to assist with the goals of the Lubbock Police Department's Community Engagement Unit and is the head coach for the medal-winning Texas Tech Women's Rugby team and an advisor for their community outreach initiative titled #YouTryWeTackle in association with the Texas Tech Women's and Gender Studies program.
