Raider Relief – Advocacy and Resource Center
Support for Students facing hardships with their basic needs
At the Raider Relief Advocacy and Resource Center, we are dedicated to creating a supportive community where all students can thrive. We provide a welcoming space and essential resources to help those facing challenges with basic needs. Through collaboration with campus and community partners, we aim to empower students by easing financial, physical, and emotional burdens, fostering their well-being and academic success.
What are Basic Needs?
Basic needs are the essential requirements necessary to survive life. Below includes what we can help with:

- Housing Stability: Having a secure and consistent place to live
- Hygiene: Access to hygiene products
- Utilities: Access to electric, gas, and water
- Childcare: Access to affordable and childcare services

Student Success Stories:
“I normally hate reaching out for help, and often times find it insulting to myself, but the help I received allowed me to finally get a laptop for classes, and I was able to afford groceries and come up with the rent I was short for the rest of the semester.”
