New Rainfall Coefficients

Abstract

The objectives of Project 0-6824 are to update depth-duration frequency (DDF) or interchangeably intensity-duration frequency (IDF) of annual maximum rainfall throughout Texas from previous research sponsored by TxDOT through various projects (0–4193, 0–4194, 0–5521, 5–1301), to provide readily useable equations to generate design storm hyetographs, and to rapidly deploy the results of the research to design engineers in TxDOT via a revised EBDLKUP-NEW.XLS tool.
