As a centralized institutional initiative, the Faculty Mentorship Academy (FMA) actively supports and strengthens existing mentoring programs and efforts on the vibrant campus of Texas Tech University. The FMA provides mentorship through mentoring circles, resources, and workshops programs for faculty across the university, within affinity groups, and throughout different stages of faculty development.

Who We Are
The Faculty Mentorship Academy (FMA) was developed under the direction of the Office of the Provost for Faculty Success in response to input from many faculty voices on campus and national data that indicated faculty of all ranks desired access to more resources focused on professional advancement and work-life integration.
