Associate Research Scholars (ARS)

The 2025 Fall ARS Funding Requests are now CLOSED!

ARS “Who Should Apply” 

ARS is for students who are enrolled as full-time undergraduate students at Texas Tech University working on a faculty-led undergraduate research and creative activities (URCA) project.

Funding Support Types 

• Hourly compensation (150 hours) for undergraduate w/ Faculty Research Support (FRS) ($500 per student)
• or Faculty Research Support ONLY (FRS) ($500 per student for travel & project expenses)
