Your RaiderCard is your official Texas Tech University Identification Card. Your RaiderCard
is valid for as long as your affiliated with the university.

- Visit Photo Submission Guidelines before submitting your photo online.
How to care for your RaiderCard
- Things to Do:
- Take care of your RaiderCard. It is your link to many accounts, on-campus events and
services.
- Protect by placing in a wallet, card protector or phonecard holder.
- Always know the location of your RaiderCard.
- Report a lost RaiderCard (online or in our office) as soon as it is missing to protect your accounts.
- Avoid
- Bending or scratching the card.
- Exposing RaiderCard to high temperatures, such as direct sunlight or dryers.
- Placing on top of an embossed card in your wallet or purse. The magnetic stripe will be damaged.
- Punching a hole in the RaiderCard.
- Using your RaiderCard as an ice scraper or use to pry open doors.
- If your RaiderCard is damaged in any of these ways, you will be charged a replacement fee.
- Take care of your RaiderCard. It is your link to many accounts, on-campus events and
services.

- Robert H. Ewalt Student Recreation and Aquatic Center
- Library
- Art and Architecture Computer Lab in the Architecture Building
- Access into Residence Halls
- Student Health Services at Wellness Center
- Student Health Services Pharmacy at Wellness Center
- United Spirit Arena for access into men's and women's basketball games
- Jones AT&T Football Stadium for access into football games
- Dan Law Field for access into baseball games
- Computer Labs at Engineering, Sneed Hall, Chitwood/Weymouth Complex, Carpenter/Wells Commons, and Student Union basement

- Your RaiderCard must be protected. It is a card that serves as your key to all campus services.
- Where to Report a RaiderCard Lost
- There are two ways to report your RaiderCard lost:
- Report your RaiderCard lost to the University ID Office staff. We are located in the Student Union Building, Room 105.
- Report your RaiderCard lost online
REPLACEMENT FEE

There is a $20 replacement fee for a lost, stolen, or damaged RaiderCard.

REPLACEMENT PROCEDURES
- RaiderCards are replaced at:

- University ID Office
- You must present a picture identification (we will not accept a picture of you identification) and be currently enrolled in academic classes in order to purchase a new RaiderCard.
