Texas Tech University has obtained a license for Respondus LockDown Browser and Respondus Monitor�. Respondus Monitor is an add-on tool for LockDown Browser that lets students record themselves with a webcam during an online exam. STORY�

According to the US Department of Education (2016), 11% of students in higher education have a disability, not including the other various ways the student population have diverse needs. Developing a course that includes Universal Design of Online Learning elements allows online courses to consider disabilities along with English language learners, learning styles and even various state educational standards.
