Phi Kappa Phi Study Abroad Scholarship: Open to all TTU undergraduates with a 3.75+ GPA

Gilman Scholarship (for PELL Grant Recipients): Amount up to $5,000

This scholarship provides awards for U.S. undergraduate students who are receiving Federal Pell Grant funding at a two-year or four-year college or university to participate in study and intern abroad programs worldwide. Those studying a foreign language may also apply for a Critical Language Scholarship (additional $4,000)

Critical Language Scholarship: An intensive language summer program abroad
The Critical Language Scholarship Program seeks participants from a variety of fields, backgrounds and career paths, with the goal of building a cadre of Americans who speak critical languages at high levels, in government, business, arts and culture, science and engineering, health and medicine, education, research and other fields.

Boren Language Scholarship: up to $10,000 a semester; (Also $8,000 summer program specifically for STEM students)
Boren Scholarships and Fellowships provide unique funding opportunities for U.S. undergraduate and graduate students to study less commonly taught languages in world regions critical to U.S. interests, and underrepresented in study abroad, including Africa, Asia, Central and Eastern Europe, Eurasia, Latin America, and the Middle East.

Council on International Education Exchange (CIEE) Study Abroad

CIEE Global Access Initiative (GAIN) Scholarship: Amount $1,000-$5,000
The GAIN Scholarship was developed to aide in diversifying study abroad by providing opportunities for students who are economically challenged, from diverse backgrounds, students with documented disabilities, or underrepresented fields of study. Eligibility: Available to CIEE Study Center applicants only.

CIEE Language Intensive Focus Track (LIFT) Scholarship
Must apply in year PRIOR to when you want to study abroad. Ex: Apply by April 15, 2015 for study in Summer/Fall of 2016
