Red Raider Family Network

What is the Red Raider Family Network?

  • A valuable communication platform: The Red Raider Family Network serves as a valuable connection for parents and family members to stay informed about important Texas Tech news and events. Members can browse communities and opt into the ones they'd like to see information about.
  • FERPA management tool: The Red Raider Family Network enables parents and families to connect with their student by sending a request to access their records. Once the request is approved, parents and families will gain access to view their information starting the day after approval. Texas Tech students can authorize access to their educational records through the Red Raider Family Network. This platform offers an electronic FERPA authorization, streamlining the process for requesting access to a student's academic and financial information. Parents and family members can easily submit a request, and the student will decide which records to share.

How Can Staff and Faculty Use the Red Raider Family Network?

Staff and Faculty who sign in and have the appropriate access through SSO will automatically be able to see the Student Lookup Page.

  • Look up students, see connections, validate PIN numbers and verify the approval status of individual grants.
  • Submit content to specific communities on behalf of your student population focus area or academic college.

Want to Submit Content?

  • Removed/Cancelled - The connection has been canceled by the student and no data is visible in CampusESP.
