Caprock FMRI Lab

The CAPROCK Lab is the premier lab for Cognitive Neuroscience at Texas Tech University. Our goal is to understand how the brain supports learning and memory and how experience shapes our perceptions of the world. The scientific approach of the CAPROCK lab is highly interdisciplinary and we draw on a range of formal mathematical models of cognition, machine learning techniques from computer science, and state-of-the art neuroimaging facilities at Texas Tech Neuroimaging Institute to test theories about human learning and memory.
