No braids, bands, rhinestones, or ribbons required.
Fancy show clothes optional.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Office will be open Friday night from approx. 5-7pm, and again at 7:00 am Saturday • Show Starts at 9:00 am • Arena will be open for schooling FRIDAY 5:00pm-midnight & SATURDAY 6:30 am to 8:30 am. •

Entry Forms can be found here as well as on the Texas Tech Equestrian Team Facebook Page.
Pre-entries are strongly encouraged and receive a $5 discount off of the office fee if received before January 25, 2019. Pre-entries can be emailed to tech_equestrian_show_series@outlook.com
Day of show entries must be made at the Office. Class adds need to be made at least 2 classes out in the Show Office. Exhibitors (or their representatives) are responsible for notifying both the Announcer and Gate Attendant of class additions after addition is made at office.
Please fill entry forms out completely. Complete entries include copy of current Coggins.

Stalls are available on property. At least one bag of shavings must be purchased with every stall. Contact Patsy in advance at (806)792-4682 to reserve your stalls & RV hookups.

Show Rules:
The current AQHA Rulebook will be used as guidelines for this show.
Exhibitors showing in Over Fence classes must wear an ASTM-SEI approved safety helmet. All Youth English exhibitors must also wear an ASTM-SEI approved helmet, following the guidelines set by AQHA. Management may refuse entry into the ring by anyone not complying.

ENTRY FEES
$10.00 per Single Class
$60.00 Fences Flat Fee (Does not include Hunter Hack or any other classes)
$80.00 All Day Flat Fee (excluded Fence Classes)
$5.00 Sit-A-Buck & Egg and Spoon
$10.00 Jackpot Classes and bring $5 Cash to the gate for the jackpot
$10.00 Office Fee ($5 for pre-entries received before January 26, 2018)

SHOW AWARDS
Ribbons 1st through 6th place
High Point Awards will be given for the following categories: Youth English, Non Pro English, Open English, Fences, Youth Western, Non Pro Western, Open Western
All Around Awards will be given for the following categories: Youth All Around, Non Pro All Around, Open All Around
To qualify for the All Around, exhibitors must show in at least 1 English class, 1 Western class, and 1 Halter or Showmanship class with the same horse/exhibitor combination.

DIVISIONS
Youth: RIDERS 18 & Under
Non-Pro: A RIDER who is over 18 & who is not receive payment directly or indirectly for showing, training, giving lessons, clinics or assists in the training of horse or rider for money.
Open: Open to any rider or trainer.
