MSG Muller BIO
Master Sergeant Muller was born Neptune, New Jersey on 16 November 1986. He graduated
from Brick Memorial High School with honors in June 2005. Master Sergeant Muller enlisted
in the US Army under the Delayed Entry Program in 2004 and entered basic training
at Fort Benning, Georgia on 07 July 2005.
Master Sergeant Muller's assignments include: Rifleman, Squad Designated Marksman, Grenadier, Machine Gunner, and Radio Telephone Operator in the 1st Brigade, 1st Battalion, 25th Infantry Division, Ft Lewis, Washington; Radio Telephone Operator, Assistant Gunner, Team Leader, Sniper Section Leader, Squad Leader and Reconnaissance Team Leader in the 1st Squadron, 2nd Calvary Regiment SBCT, Vilseck, Germany; Ranger Instructor in the 6th Ranger Training Battalion, Airborne and Ranger Training Brigade (ARTB), Camp Rudder, Florida; Platoon Sergeant in 1st Battalion 503rd Infantry (Airborne), 173rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team (Airborne); First Sergeant in 1st Battalion 503rd Infantry (Airborne), 173rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team (Airborne); and Infantry Company Primary Observer Coach Trainer for Operations Group, National Training Center, Fort Irwin, California.
Master Sergeant Muller has numerous deployments in support of combat operations. While stationed in the 1st Squadron, 2nd Calvary Regiment SBCT, Vilseck, Germany, Master Sergeant Muller has served as a team leader for fifteen months while deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom from August 2007 to October 2008 in Sadr City Baghdad, Iraq. He served as a Weapons Squad Leader in a Combined Arms Platoon for twelve months while deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom from 2010 to 2011 in Kandahar Province, Afghanistan. Master Sergeant Muller also served as a Platoon Sergeant for the Regimental Tactical Assault Command platoon deployed to Regional Command South in support of Operation Enduring Freedom from 2013 to 2013.
Master Sergeant Muller has attended numerous military schools and training programs to include: Ranger School;Pre-Ranger Course; Airborne School; Air Assault School; Tactical Certification Course; Jumpmaster School; Pathfinder School; Combative Level I; Long Range Marksmanship Course; Close Quarters Battle Course; Urban Breachers Course; Combat Life Savers Course; Basic Leader Course (Commandants List Graduate); Advance Leaders Course; Senior Leader Course (Commandants List Graduate); Master Leader Course (Distinguished Honor Graduate & Commandants List Graduate); Equal Opportunity Leaders Course; Basic Instructor Course; and Technical Transportation of Hazardous Materials Course.
