Description:
The University Career Center (UCC) is hosting a come-and-go open house, in collaboration with the Office of International Affairs (OIA). This Open House is designed for students to explore the various services and resources available to support their career success and development. We will also be hosting resume drop-in appointments and round table discussions throughout the event.
Whether you have 20 minutes or two hours, stop by and learn more about what we can do for you!
There are two scheduled, hour-long sessions held for students:
The first is our Resume Workshop, meant for students at all levels of their career journey. Whether you have not even started, or need to polish the final result, this workshop is for you! This is not the same as our resume drop-in appointments. This is intended to be an hour long workshop to go into depth about resumes in general. Drop-in appointments are 15 to 20 minutes long to get individual critiques about an already formed resume.
Secondly, and most excitingly, from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM we are hosting our International Student Alumni Panel. We have four panelists from all over the world excited to talk to current students about their experiences in the global job market and answer any questions you might have. So, join us to learn more about job searching, trusting the process, and the value of LinkedIn from TTU International Alumni. Student registration is required for the panel, and spots fill up quickly, so make sure to register now!
