Interview Room Request Form - Students/Alumni

Thank you for your interest in reserving an interview room! Please complete the form below.

After submitting the form, you will receive communication from a University Career Center (UCC) staff member regarding your request. Requests should be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the requested time.  Same-day requests are not guaranteed.

If approved, please be prepared to bring your own technology (laptop, camera, phone, etc.). We will provide access to Wi-Fi but recommend bringing an Ethernet cord for the most stable connection for video interviews.

Note: Interview rooms are available during our business hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Additionally, our office follows the university closing/holiday schedule and TechAlert weather/operating status. If you have any questions, please call the UCC at (806) 742-2210.
