Dr. Ashley Ross, Associate Director at the Center of Excellence in Capacity-building for Resilient Housing (CECREH), presented her research at the Public Management Research Conference (PMRC) on June 26, 2025, held in Seoul, South Korea.
Her presentation, titled “Challenges for Risk Communication in Today’s Digital Era: The Emergency Manager’s Perspective,” highlighted challenges in communicating natural hazard risks to households and the implications for how individuals seek out and process information.
