The Texas Tech Equestrian Center is honored to host the IHSA Hunt Seat Zone Show,
where top collegiate riders from across the region compete for a chance to advance
to IHSA Nationals. This prestigious event showcases exceptional equitation, sportsmanship,
and the unique catch-ride format that defines IHSA competition.
The South Plains Obedience Training Club (SPOTC), founded in 1970, promotes responsible
dog ownership and quality obedience training. The club hosts AKC-licensed Agility,
Rally, and Obedience trials at the Texas Tech Equestrian Center and continues to serve
the community through training classes and educational programs.

Show, a community event showcasing classic and custom vehicles while supporting the
incredible work of the Therapeutic Riding Program. Guests can enjoy a fun day at the

enriches lives across our community.
HF&C proudly hosts the annual Eric Hill Memorial Team Roping at the Texas Tech Equestrian
Center, bringing ropers and the community together in honor of Eric Hills legacy.
This meaningful event features a full day of team roping, fellowship, and support,

and offers a welcoming environment for competitors, families, and spectators alike.

Interested in having your next event at the Texas Tech Equestrian Center?
The Center offers an indoor arena with seating for approximately 700 people, two warm-up
arenas, roping and bucking chutes, along with coolers and large fans! All events come
with a concession stand, conference room, and tractor driver with drag. Additional
arenas are available for an extra charge.
The Texas Tech Equestrian Center welcomes outside organizations and individuals to
