If you are already enrolled at Texas Tech in a graduate degree program, you should also obtain the approval of your existing disciplinary graduate advisor before adding an additional certificate or degree plan to program. Dr. Couch will request that your existing disciplinary graduate advisor initial your MRST certificate degree plan.
