My name is Eli Acevedo and I graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Sciences in 2024. During the summer of 2023 I took a course that landed me in the CDRC. The time that I spent here was one that left a big impression on me and how I saw my role in a child’s life. I continued nannying and implemented what I learned at the CDRC with the children that I cared for on a day to day basis. After graduating from Texas Tech I knew that I wanted to continue to have an impact on children’s lives. I am so blessed to have this opportunity to work closely with families as an Teacher at the CDRC.
