We are looking forward to presenting another conference for middle and high school youth. You'll never regret investing in yourself and your leadership development. Our theme this year, SHIFT Toward Resilience is about reshaping your current leadership skills and gaining new perspectives that steer you toward becoming a resilient individual. Although the world around you may feel big and uncertain, you can build on your current circumstance to strengthen you for a brighter tomorrow.
