We are excited to partner with the South Plains Food Bank (SPFB) and support their GRUB program through leadership development. UFL is committed to partnering with outstanding nonprofits in the community and engaging with youth and families in the Lubbock community. Hosting our leadership conference at the SPFB this year allows us to join a wonderful community while bringing a high quality, unique leadership development experience for adolescents. If you are in the 6th grade- 12th grade, this conference is for you.

The theme of Compassionate Leadership Unites was inspired by the world around us. In the last few years, our world has endured an unprecedented pandemic, the challenges of navigating a post-pandemic world, while still living life and encountering life obstacles. Indifference begins to rise in our communities, our sense of belonging decreases, and we ask ourselves how we are going to move out of these circumstances. 

Leadership. 

We lead ourselves and then those around us. Compassion is the antidote for indifference. Learn tools that you can put into action in your life, school, and neighborhood.
