REDCap Online Survey Tool

What is REDCap?

Created by Paul Harris of Vanderbilt University in 2004, REDCap (Research Electronic Data Capture) is a generalized tool meant to empower researchers through control of project creation, database creation and still allow for easy distribution and access to surveys for participants through the use of the World Wide Web.

Today REDCap is used by hundreds of thousands of researchers across six continents. It has matured in to a robust distribution, capture and collection management tool offering online survey tools, randomization, scheduling and even a mobile application for offline collection.
