KSM Welcomes New Tenure Faculty Member

Dr. Grant Tinsley has been recognized for his outstanding research and teaching with promotion to associate professor with tenure. Dr. Tinsley is the Director of the Energy Balance & Body Composition Laboratory, where he directs doctoral, master's degree, and undergraduate students in studying the impact of nutrition, exercise, and supplementation on human body composition, exercise performance, and health. His 48 peer-reviewed publications with students and professional colleagues have been published numerous top-rated journals. Dr. Tinsley has taught five different courses with one student comment summing up his effectiveness: "Dr. Tinsley is a really great teacher and genuinely cares about his students and is passionate about what he is teaching."
