Curriculum Vita 

Wan-Ju Hung is an Assistant Professor of Public Administration in the Department of Political Science at Texas Tech University. She earned her Ph.D. in Public Administration from the School of Public Affairs and Administration at Rutgers University–Newark. Her research primarily focuses on public management, particularly government contracting and procurement, citizen-state interactions, and organizational behaviors of public employees. Before attending Rutgers, she obtained her MPA from National Taiwan University.

Wan-Ju’s work has been published in the American Review of Public Administration, Public Performance & Management Review, Public Administration, International Review of Administrative Sciences, and the International Journal of Public Sector Management.
