Matt Lamb is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science at Texas Tech University. He received his Ph.D. from Rice University and his B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin. His research focuses broadly on Latinx politics, elections administration, political communication, and civic engagement in the American context.

 

More specifically, his work centers on the interaction of Latinx voters with political environments, the experiences of poll workers and voters at the polling place, especially those of minority voters and poll workers, and minority civic engagement & education. His research has been published in Social Science Quarterly, Election Law Journal, Journal of Elections, Public Opinion, & Parties, American Politics Review, and Hispanic Journal of Behavioral Sciences.
