Online Tutoring
The Learning Center is excited to expand academic support for undergraduate students through Brainfuse. Brainfuse tutoring is available on-demand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week giving students added flexibility to access support outside of regular business hours.
Eligibility
Who can use Brainfuse?
This includes students enrolled in:
- Face-to-face sections
- Distance sections
- Honors sections
- Costa Rica sections
How do I know if I have access?
Students who qualify will automatically see the Brainfuse course in RaiderCanvas.
If the Brainfuse course appears in your RaiderCanvas dashboard, you have access.
How many tutoring hours do I get?
Students with access can use up to five total hours of Brainfuse live online tutoring per semester. These hours can be used at any time throughout the semester. Students have unlimited access to applications (ex: SkillSurfer, FlashBulb) within Brainfuse.
Access Brainfuse in RaiderCanvas
- Log in to your RaiderCanvas account at raidercanvas.ttu.edu.
- Select the "Brainfuse" course.
- Click the "Brainfuse Online Tutoring" option.
- Select "Launch Brainfuse."
You will be directed to the dashboard, where you can connect with a live tutor, create flashcards, create notes, or access the available library of content.
