The Faculty Success Center provides Texas Tech faculty with a central space for information, professional connections and resources that support faculty work and career development. Located in the Administration Building, the center serves as a place for faculty to connect with programs, colleagues and opportunities available through the Office of Faculty Success and across the university.

The Faculty Success Center is located on the second floor of the Administration Building and provides a drop-in space where faculty can learn about programs, services and professional opportunities.

Faculty Mentoring

Faculty mentoring supports professional development, career progression and stronger connections across the university. Faculty Success works with university partners to complement mentoring resources available through colleges, schools and academic units.

Mentoring programs and resources may address areas such as promotion and tenure, professional growth, career planning, leadership development and faculty wellbeing.

Teaching, Learning & Professional Development Center

The Teaching, Learning & Professional Development Center provides additional faculty development, teaching support, consultations and professional learning opportunities.

Faculty Fellows

Faculty Fellows contribute faculty expertise and leadership to initiatives that support colleagues and advance the work of the Office of Faculty Success. Fellowships provide opportunities for faculty to collaborate on projects, programs and areas of institutional priority.
