Given the substantial changes to the faculty search processes implemented in Fall 2023 (and reflected in OP 32.16), the Office of Faculty Success strongly recommends that anyone who has not attended since the Fall 2023 semester participate in a Faculty Search Committee Workshop. Dates and times are listed below under Faculty Hiring Information Sessions.

Faculty Hiring Information Sessions
Search committee members must have completed the Faculty Search Committee Workshop within the past five years of serving, and those acting as search committee chairs must have completed the Search Committee Chair Briefing within the past two years of serving.
