Undergraduate Certificates
The Entrepreneurial Management Undergraduate Certificate is designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in today's fast-paced business environment. Students will learn to identify market opportunities, develop business plans, and create innovative solutions to real-world problems.
The Undergraduate Certificate in Family Business provides essential knowledge for managing family-owned businesses, with required courses in Strategic Management and Family Enterprise. Students can tailor their learning experience by choosing from electives such as Internship in Family Business Management, Special Topics in Management, Managing Conflict and Negotiation, and Change and Innovation Processes.
The Human Resources Management Undergraduate Certificate is designed to equip students to use data and analytics to strategically leverage human resources for organizations. Students will learn to use evidence (e.g., survey responses, qualitative responses) from multiple stakeholders, especially employees, at multiple points in time to make data-driven decisions.
Through dynamic classes, hands-on activities, and networking opportunities with leaders across industries, students in the Leadership Certificate program will explore key leadership lenses and concepts, such as authentic leadership, ethical decision-making, communication, and team development. Open to all Rawls College of Business majors, the Leadership Certificate will provide a foundation as they develop their leadership capacity and launch their careers.
